ACS held a co-operated seminar with CSSA-CAM in the Centre for Mathematical Science, University of Cambridge on 9th June 2007. There were two speakers in this seminar. The first speaker was Dr. M. Batchelor from CMS. Her title of talk is: Fast Forward - Two Models of Developing Universities.

The second speakerwas the President of ACS (2005~2007), Prof. Xu Tongwen from Linyi Normal University, Shandong, China. His speech title is: Discussion on Higher Education in China. the ACS AGM 2007 was held after the seminar in the same place. In the AGM, Prof. Tongwen Xu gave the ACS working and financial report first, followed by the ACS constitution amendment report given by Kevin Wang, the Vice-President and Secretary General of ACS. Then, the ACS Presidential election was carried out. On the election, Mr. Fengqiu Wang was elected as the new President of ACS (2007~2008). The ACS AGM 2007 was presided over by Mr. Hongjun Peng, the Vice-Secretary General of ACS.
